Keller Williams agents continue to join Coldwell Banker Hearthside

Brenda Godown, a former "Core Owner" with Keller Williams, left the company to come with Coldwell Banker Hearthside's new office in Forks Township, Northampton County.
Since that time, approximately 14 Keller Williams agents have decided to join Coldwell Banker Hearthside offices in either Bucks County or the Lehigh Valley. When asked, many said it was because Coldwell Banker Hearthside provided them "the support we need to grow our business."
Godown, who was also a manager with another Coldwell Banker affiliate in the Easton area before signing on with Keller Williams, noted that the "body shop mentality" prevelant in today's real estate offices benefits no one - "everybody loses" she said "the consumer often gets little service, the agent often gets little attention, and the owners often see little profit." I quickly learned that the traditional real estate model is much more beneficial.
