Richboro, PA – Sensing an opportunity to capitalize on improving market conditions in the suburban Philadelphia area, Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors of Bucks County and the Lehigh Valley has agreed to partner with Coldwell Banker Diamond, Realtors of Montgomery County and Philadelphia. The announcement was made to the combined group of sales associates and staff Wednesday at the company’s annual meeting in Pottstown.
The new entity, which officially will begin combined operations June 1, will be known as Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors and will immediately become the largest Coldwell Banker affiliate business in the state of Pennsylvania. “In spite of what the national press is indicating, we see growth in our local market and thought now as the perfect time to synergize our efforts in the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys”, said Coldwell Banker Hearthside chairman Frank M. Mancuso. “By merging with Diamond, we create an entity with 23 residential offices and 600 real estate professionals that can provide services no smaller entity could imagine.”
Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors was formed in 1991 after Mr. Mancuso came out ofretirement to help grow the Coldwell Banker brand in the Philadelphia area. He had previously been principal of Mignoni-Mancuso Realty, a company serving the Bucks County and Western NJ areas.
“Frank has always been a terrific leader and has grown Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors into a Chairman’s Circle company, one of the elite in the Coldwell Banker system,” said Jim Gillespie, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC who was present at the announcement event. “Combined with Dave Specht and the leadership team at Coldwell Banker Diamond, Frank will now head one of the largest Coldwell Banker affiliates in the nation.”
With this consolidation, the Coldwell Banker Hearthside brand will have residential offices in the following locations: Northeast Philadelphia, Bethlehem (Northampton), Buckingham (Bucks), Collegeville (Montgomery), Doylestown (Bucks), Dublin (Bucks), Erwinna (Bucks), Forks (Northampton), Frenchtown (Hunterdon NJ), Hellertown (Northampton), Lahaska (Bucks), Levittown (Bucks), Malvern (Chester), New Hope (Bucks), Newtown (Bucks), Ottsville (Bucks), Pottstown (Montgomery), Richboro (Bucks), Rockledge (Montgomery), Southampton (Bucks), Washington Crossing (Bucks), Willow Grove (Montgomery), Yardley(Bucks).
Additionally, the new entity will have four commercial offices and will also support relocation services as a Platinum Broker of the Cartus Corporation, the number one provider of relocation services in the United States according to Relocation Times Magazine.
