Auerbach team joins CBH, leads agent seminar

Paul Auerbach has a storied history in local real estate. He started as agent for Fran Davis/C21 in 1975 then became a broker and opened up Allstate Real Estate in 1979 selling REO’s and Fannie MAE/HUD homes.
Since the name Auerbach was so well known, he changed from Allstate to Auerbach Real Estate in 2002.
Specializing in pre-foreclosure sales, Paul has successfully closed over 3,000 foreclosure transactions, nearly 2,000 of which were short sales.
He is fully trained in bankruptcy law and well versed in Chapter 7 & 13 code, including aspects of the new laws passed in October, 2006. Additionally, Paul is fully trained as a HUD and Fannie Mae REO broker in
Bucks
County, and has more than 25 years experience in this specialty.
As part of his introduction to Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Paul and his team hosted a seminar for Hearthside agents on the nuances of short sales and the opportunities that exist to help clients who find themselves falling behind. Attended by agents from throughout the region, the session cemented Paul's committment to the success of Coldwell Banker Hearthside and the Southampton office.
