Award-Winning “Pollich Team” Joins Coldwell Banker Hearthside
2006 PA Realtor® of the Year capitalizes on company growth
Newtown – Coldwell Banker Hearthside President Jamie M. Mancuso has announced that the award-winning “Pollich Team” of Maggie Pollich and Bob DiBenedetto have moved their business to the South State Street office in Newtown, Bucks County.
Formerly of Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, the Pollich Team has been a consistent top-performer, recognized with several production awards and named to distinguished sales clubs. Combined they bring close to 40 years experience in the real estate industry to their clients.
Maggie Pollich, the team’s namesake, was named the 2006 Realtor® of the Year by the Bucks County Association of Realtors®. She also serves on the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® Board of Directors and previously held a seat on the Pennsylvania Realtors® Legislative Alliance in Harrisburg. Locally, Maggie is a Past-President of the Bucks County Association of Realtors® and still works with several philanthropic causes throughout the area.
Bob DiBenedetto brings a career in retail management to his business, having been a store manager for Gimbels before entering real estate. A resident of Feasterville, Bob is well known for his continued participation in the Lower Southampton 4th of July parade as well as for his 30+ years of work with the annual Thanksgiving Parade in Philadelphia.
