2010 Coldwell Banker TV Campaign Launched

Campaign Showcases the Brand’s Powerful Combination of Innovation and Agent Expertise

The 2010 Coldwell Banker® advertising campaign is designed to drive home two core messages:
  1. Through our technology and agent network, no one provides more opportunities for consumers to find the home of their dreams.
  2. Accolades like the J.D. Power and Associates Award for Seller Satisfaction prove how hard our agents work for their clients.
The above messages are brought to life through two, distinct commercials that will appear on TV as well as online through the brand’s digital video efforts.  The first spot, “Overheard”, is a clever take on the many ways home buyers can research listings anytime, anywhere on any device.  The commercial also makes the critical connection between technology and the agent’s role in the process.  This spot will carry a 5-second tag that promotes the home buyer tax credit.

The second spot, “Security”, communicates the J.D. Power and Associates award through the lighthearted banter of Coldwell and Banker
