Frank Mancuso - Chairman

Frank Mancuso

For the last 45 years, Frank Mancuso has been a key player in Pennsylvania and New Jersey real estate. An engaging businessman with a mind for numbers, Frank's experience dates back to the 1960s, when he first sold resale homes and new construction throughout the Delaware Valley. From there, Frank owned several real estate companies before "retiring" to his family and his golf in 1989. Not one to sit still long, Frank found himself back in the real estate business in 1991, when Coldwell Banker Corporation approached him about taking over their Bucks County franchises which were then struggling to gain market share. Sensing an opportunity to grow an undervalued business behind a well-known corporate name, Frank jumped at the opportunity and created Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors® in Washington Crossing and Yardley, PA.

Seventeen years later, Frank remains actively engaged in the success of Coldwell Banker Hearthside, which is now recognized as one of the top 50 Coldwell Banker companies in the entire world. While day-to-day management of the firm now rests with his son, Jamie, Frank continues to visit each of the company's seventeen locations - meeting with agents and sharing his experience on how to grow the business. In addition, Frank is frequently invited to speak with senior management at Coldwell Banker and its affiliated companies (including Cartus Relocation and PHH Mortgage) as they build programs to help agents increase their success.

When not attending to his business pursuits Frank works with several non-profit entities and interest groups, hoping to improve the lives of those less fortunate. He and his wife, Pat have a home in central Bucks County while also residing in Palm Beach, Florida.
