Maryanne Gallagher is a managing partner with Coldwell Banker Hearthside and the senior manager of the team responsible for the Yardley, Washington Crossing and Newtown offices of the company. In this capacity, Gallagher directs the daily operations and sales programs, provides support to sales agents of every skill level and works to leverage company and market share growth. She also focuses on communication between Coldwell Banker Hearthside's corporate headquarters, other managers and the 17 office network throughout the area.
Gallagher, who was licensed in 1986 and has both PA and NJ licenses, joined Coldwell Banker Hearthside in 1995 as the manager of the Yardley office. There she spearheaded several innovative programs while quickly establishing herself as one of Bucks County's most recognized real estate executives. Under her leadership, Coldwell Banker Hearthside's Yardley office was recognized as the "Number 1" office in the company for 10 consecutive years. She is also involved in the operations of the office in Levittown/Fairless Hills and works with the senior management team to oversee other office locations throughout the company.
Gallagher is a 20+ year resident of Bucks County and currently resides in Upper Makefield.
