Nancy began her real estate career 27 years ago when interest rates were 18%. Talk about a challenging market! At the time, she worked for a large, regional company in sales before being offered a management position. After seven years as a manager, Nancy returned to the sales world - this time in a local boutique company, hoping to capture a share of the high-end market that was not possible where she had been.
In 1993, Nancy shifted into an ownership role, becoming a managing partner with Coldwell Banker Hearthside. Knowing that the most successful agents work in every type of market, she constantly promotes the tools available from Coldwell Banker that provide marketing support for luxury estates, commercial and residential properties.
A true managing partner, Nancy oversees the day-to-day operation of the Buckingham sales office, a group of highly successful, highly charged agents serving a broad segment of a growing market. When not actively involved in real estate, Nancy often jokes about her devotion to "The 3G's"...Golf, Gardening and Grandchildren! She and her husband, Tom, reside in Central Bucks County.
